We are Sarah & Vince. Â A husband and wife team from Pittsburgh, PA - USA
A lifelong DIY'er, and a fierce convert to the creative life - we fuse our love of home renovation and decor projects with our experience as public school teachers with over 45 years of experience between us.
We are here to support you - where you are in your creative journey.
VINCE'SÂ STORY
Vince grew up in a home where DIY was a way of life. Â His parents are serial renovators who doubled the size of their home, through countless DIY's. Â Vince picked up his 'Can-Do' philosophy from his upbringing and brings it to every aspect of his life.
Vince majored in Art Education in college, and has spent the last 23 years working as a visual arts teacher at a public school outside of Pittsburgh.
Vince utilizes his boundless creativity, visual art and illustration skills, and ever-expanding DIY, home renovation skills to create exciting projects to share with you here.
SARAH'S PATH
Initially resistant to the DIY / Home Renovation process, Sarah eventually learned to love it.
Like a convert to a new religion, Sarah embraced the creative life full force, with an enthusiasm that is relentless.
Everyone has a DIY'er inside. Some of us just need a little more help bringing that inner creator to life. As a teacher at heart, watching others create something they never thought possible is the best feeling in the world - it brings out my love of teaching, and creating all in the same space.

We create for many reasons: out of necessity, out of connection with others, out of shear joy.
